If you are under 18, we recommend that you ask a parent or legal guardian for permission before using our Services and read this Policy together with them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in section 7 and we will take steps to delete it.
2. How we use your personal information
We use your Information to:
- Provide the Games and Services. To let you play (including as a guest), save your progress, play with other players and use in-game chat where available, make purchases and keep a record of them. We do this to perform our agreement with you.
- Maintain and improve our Games. To monitor performance, fix bugs and make our Games better, using gameplay, technical and device information. We do this based on our legitimate interest in offering high-quality Games.
- Provide support and respond to you. To answer questions submitted through our contact form or by email, resolve issues and handle complaints.
- Carry out analytics. To understand how our Games, website and campaigns are used, including by creating aggregated or de-identified data, grouping players with similar characteristics, and predicting what features or content players may enjoy. We do this based on our legitimate interests.
- Show in-game offers. To show you offers and information about items available in our Games, which may be tailored based on your gameplay, region and device.
- Show advertising. To show you ads in our Games, which may promote our own Games or other products and may be personalised to you. Where the law requires it, we only show personalised ads with your consent; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time through in-game settings (where available) or your device settings.
- Keep our Services safe and meet legal obligations. To detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, moderate player interactions, enforce our terms, defend against legal claims and comply with the law. We do this based on our legitimate interests and, where applicable, our legal obligations.

These partners handle your information under their own privacy policies.
- App stores and payment providers, who process in-game purchases. They are responsible for the Information they process and may use it in line with their own privacy policies.
- Authorities and legal bodies, where we are required to by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our terms, address fraud, security or technical issues, or protect the rights, property or safety of ROVEFORTH Games, our players or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets or similar transaction.
Third-party services
If you access our Games through a third-party platform or service, that provider may collect information about you under its own terms and privacy policy. This Policy does not cover third-party services, and a link to a third-party service does not mean we endorse or have reviewed it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Information. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We also try to keep the amount of Information we process to what we actually need.
4. Where we process your personal information
We and our service providers may process your Information in countries other than the one where you live, and those countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer Information internationally, we take appropriate steps to protect it, such as relying on countries recognised as providing adequate protection or using standard contractual safeguards where required.

We collect this information from you and your device, and from app stores, payment providers, analytics providers and advertising partners. We disclose it to the categories of recipients described in section 3.
Sale or sharing of Personal Information

You can opt out at any time through the in-game privacy settings (where available), by limiting ad tracking in your device settings, or by contacting us at muhdanishsiddique@gmail.com. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16.

Verification and authorised agents
To protect your privacy, we will ask for information that allows us to verify your identity, such as your player ID and the Game you play, and match it against our records. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof that the agent has your permission and ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Shine the Light
We do not share Personal Information with unaffiliated companies for their own direct marketing purposes without your permission.
Do Not Track
